Rivera García

Miguel Alejandro Rivera García holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Chihuahua. His practice focuses on regulatory compliance, corporate law, and business finance, areas in which he completed an academic concentration at the same institution. Additionally, he has pursued complementary training in environmental law, digital law, and economic competition. His legal perspective is further enriched by international experience, having participated in a seminar in Germany on the challenges and opportunities for the European Union and Latin America.

Professionally, he has experience in Intellectual Property, contributing to the development of legal strategies and the management of patent, utility model, and trademark registrations. He has also collaborated in the public sector through the Public Defender’s Office, providing legal counseling and support in family and criminal matters.

Throughout his academic trajectory, he distinguished himself through institutional leadership, serving as President of the Executive Committee of the Student Federation of the Tecnológico de Monterrey and General Secretary of Phi Delta Phi Mázpulez Pérez Inn Legal Honor Society. His performance earned him several distinctions, including Magna Cum Laude (2024), Borrego de Oro in Leadership, and recognition as the Integral Student of December 2025 graduating class, these being the highest honors granted by the institution. He was also selected as Commencement Speaker for his generation and is candidate for the CENEVAL National Award for his performance on the national exit examination.
