Miguel Alejandro Rivera García

Miguel Alejandro Rivera García is a Law student at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Chihuahua, currently in his ninth semester. He holds a specialization in Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Finance, complemented by additional training in environmental regulations, digital law, and economic competition. His academic profile has been further enriched by international experience, notably his participation in a seminar in Germany focused on the challenges and opportunities for the European Union and Latin America.

He has practical experience in the field of intellectual property, contributing to the development of legal strategies and the management of patent, utility model, and trademark registrations. Additionally, he has collaborated in the public sector in the Public Defender’s Office, providing legal advice and support in hearings in both family and criminal law areas.

Furthermore, he has demonstrated outstanding leadership as President of the Executive Committee of the Student Federation at Tecnológico de Monterrey and as Secretary General of Phi Delta Phi Mázpulez Pérez Inn Legal Honor Society. In recognition of his commitment and excellence, he was awarded the Magna Cum Laude distinction by Tecnológico de Monterrey in November 2024.
