Marco holds a Bachelor ́s Law Degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios
Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) Campus Chihuahua with a concentration in
Corporate Law; he has studies in Environmental Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution
Mechanisms, Legal Marketing, Notarial Law, Legal English, International Regulatory
Compliance (Compliance Officer), Corporate Law, and Public Bids.

He has extensive experience in corporate law, compliance program planning,
dissolutions and liquidations, mediation, commercial contracts and legal translations
(Spanish-English and English-Spanish).

Additionally, he has studies at the Complutense University of Madrid focused on
Effective Advocacy and Negotiation, studies in Payroll Management through the
Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and is an active member of the Madrid
Institute of Compliance Officers.
