Juan Carlos Luévano López is a highly driven and results-oriented Law Graduate (LLB) from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Chihuahua Campus, distinguished by an outstanding academic record, earning him a distiction for his academic excelence, he also received the CENEVAL Award for Excellence in Performance. He possesses more than three years of intensive, hands-on legal experience, in the practices of Amparo Trial, Civil and Commercial litigation and Corporate Law, and holds postgraduate studies in Environmental Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Trade Law, and contract negotiation.

He has an extensive practical experience in developing litigation strategies and drafting essential legal documents, including suits, counterclaims, judicial motions, and injunctions across Civil, Commercial, and Administrative matters. A key strength is his expertise in Constitutional Law and Amparo trials, having drafted and processed both Direct and Indirect Amparo trials, and their appellate processes which is essential for challenging administrative rulings and defending corporate interests.

A significant differentiator is his international perspective, acquired during a Legal Consulting Internship at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, Switzerland. This role provided direct exposure to international trade law, WTO law, Dispute Settlements, NAFTA provisions, and international commercial arbitration.

Juan Carlos has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills being actively involved in student governance and civic engagement, evidenced by his presidency of Phi Delta Phi Mazpulez Perez Inn and Law Student’s Society (SELED). He holds a Magna Cum Laude distinction for Leadership, a Diploma for Student Development and a Trajectory Award for his Leadership in Student Groups.
