
Víctor Luis Castillo Bujanda
Víctor Luis Castillo Bujanda is a ninth-semester law student at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Chihuahua Campus, specializing in public law, constitutional law, and social justice. He´s specialized on Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Finance and has complemented his legal education with practical experience in criminal, civil, and administrative law.
He has gained professional experience at institutions such as State Attorney General’s Office (Fiscalía General del Estado), State Public Defender’s Office (Defensoría Pública del Estado), and in law firms specializing in civil and commercial litigation. His responsibilities have included drafting legal complaints and contracts, developing litigation strategies, and conducting procedural follow-up in civil and commercial matters.
Víctor has also been actively involved in student governance and civic engagement. He has served on the Student Court (Tribunal Estudiantil) and the Social Responsibility Council at Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as on the Municipal Youth Council (Consejo Municipal de la Juventud), where he coordinated initiatives aimed at defending student rights, enhancing institutional organization, and strengthening socially focused university policies.
In addition, he has represented Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Chihuahua, as a high-performance athlete on the university’s representative men soccer team, reflecting his strong sense of discipline and commitment.
