Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH), with participation in various international courses and diplomas in Environmental Law, Rights of Way and Occupation of Ejido Lands, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law.

Specialist in Mining Law, mainly in matters related to land tenure and environment, for the development of mining projects in various entities in Mexico.

He has served as member and participant in events of the main organizations of the mining industry in Mexico: AIMMMG, CANCHAM, Mining Cluster of Sinaloa, Mining Cluster of Chihuahua, among others.
